This website, tracedrawn.com, is operated by TRACEDRAWING LLC ("Tracedrawn", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province or country to place an order. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal purpose, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos are for illustration. We may change product details, packaging or included accessories when needed, without changing the core function of the product.

3. Safe use

The Tracedrawn projector uses a bright LED light. Never look directly into the lens, and do not point it at anyone's eyes. Children should only use the projector with an adult nearby. Use only the power adapter supplied in the box.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes, including codes won in our scratch card game, can be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other discount codes, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Each prize in the scratch card game is drawn at random, and every card wins a discount.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Emails and marketing

If you sign up for our emails, including through our scratch card popup, you agree to receive marketing emails from Tracedrawn. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

9. Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in connection with our store. You confirm that your content is your own, is truthful and does not break any law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, graphics and the Tracedrawn name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Third party services

Some features of the website are provided by third parties, such as Shopify and our payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tracedrawn is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to any order placed while it is posted.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
