Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost

1 Projector: $5.99 standard shipping
2 Projectors: FREE standard shipping
2 Projectors + Art Kit + Case: FREE standard shipping

Express shipping is available in Canada for an extra charge, shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes up to 7 business days to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, weather and holidays.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us at support@tracedrawn.com and we will look into it for you.

Customs, duties and taxes

The price you pay at checkout includes any import duties and taxes. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us before your order ships and we will update it. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.
